Ps. It's About Face.

Forgot to ask the other day...

Are you the kind of person who looks reallllly different with makeup on? You know (eek) v/s (wow). I know a few.. and I have to say I do not look tooo tooo different with make up.. I value it... I think everyone looks better with a little concealer... (why do some opt out of this trick?).. and a little mascara.. you know.. open those eyes...

Chime in. Do you need to "put your face on" each day.

:-)

I'm embarrassed to say that I do not wear make-up regularly. My normal "putting my face on" routine consists of moisturizer and chapstick- - very glamorous, I know. If I'm going out or feeling particularly saucy then I add some mascara and lip-gloss, thats it. No concealer, blush, eye-shadow/liner. I just can't do it! My sisters get angry and make me wear it sometimes, it looks great, but I just can't do it myself!

I have lots of make-up but I have never taken the time to learn how to use it properly. I think if I tried to use it all at once I would look like Mimi from Drew Carey. Very Scary.

Most days I use very little make-up. I usually just try to use blusher so I don't look so ashen (I have pale skin). On a day though when I am "going out in the world" and not my usual day to day things I will pit on concealer, eyeshadow and line and mascara plus the blush. The one thing I have a hard time wearing is lipstick.
When I was working I would put on the full corse of make-up but I guess I have gotten a bit lax now that I don't.

I wouldn't say I look drastically different with or without makeup but I still feel a lot better when I have some on. I look like I just rolled out of bed without at least some mascara on my eyes!

One of my housemates in college looked like a totally different person without makeup on...my boyfriend was shocked the first time he saw her without it!

I wear makeup during the week and only when I am going out on the weekends. I don't wear much but I still would feel funny going to work without makeup on.

uh.....it's a big yes! Your sister can attest to this FACT of MY life! I feel like they could write a Seinfeld episode about me and my 'different face' it's so drastically different! HAHAHA

I never leave the house with out makeup (at the very least concealer for sure...I have genetic dark circles no matter how much sleep I get! Thanks Mom and Dad...I get it from both sides of my family) I would LOVE to have the kind of face where I could just "throw on some blusher and go"...unfortunately God didn't bless me with perfect skin-however I have never had to deal with acne there's one blessing! :) He did bless me in other areas of my life! :) At least this flaw I can 'hide' LOL

All I have to say is thank God for mascara! I wouldn't go a day without it!

I don't think I look too different with make up - I just look finished and I pretty much wear it all (foundation, mascara, blush, etc.).
My sister looks completely different. When my husband first met her he could not stop talking about how different she looked without her make up.

I am not sure I look totally different without make-up...tired, yes! A little concealer, blush, mascara, and lip gloss go a long way! It makes me feel better anyway!

I have no eyes without mascara... don't think I use a lot of make-up, just 'skin' make-up and mascara unless I'm going out. The more you wear, the more different you look without it (sorry, that sounds obvious!)

i prefer the "less is more" for myself. since i'm a stay at home mommy, i would say most days are moisturizer and chapstick. i woul not be embarrassed to go out like this, but typically put on my daily..."mascara, blush, & lip gloss." if i'm goin "out" with friends... i add eyeshadow. i actually love make-up. but one thing is NO foundation. just can't bring myself to wear it & don't really need to...most days :o)
