I have some photos I want to use as the "padding" on my blog... padding, I think, is the outside color. I have downloaded them to "photobucket" which can generate HTML code. But at this point I am stuck. Because I do not see how then to place the "wallpapper".. and where to place it.
So..I am stuck. yup.. my sick self is stuck on blogger.. and really considering getting a "typepad" account instead.
