evolution of (my) hair. 8 years in the making.

8 years ago literally to the day.

some of my "darker" days
this was maybe 4 years ago

vegas baby

what's that a highlight maybe?

here comes the blonde....

pull back the bang days...
and the nicest shade of orangish....

the hair cut.
this year.

march 2008
really blonde... :-)

i'm not saying it is better or worse today than it was 8 years ago. i think the best shade is somewhere between then and now. the funniest thing to me is that someone said the other day.. "you haven't changed a bit". i had to laugh.

what about you? are you still looking for that perfect hair?

Always! Somehow, I always end up coming back to some sort of bob.

Fun post!

And a BIG Happy Birthday to Madison!

I'm new to your blog and this is a great post! I always go to the hairdresser saying 'I want someting different', and come back with pretty much the same thing, as by the time the scissors have actually come out, I have chickened out!

I love you totally blonde! What does your husband think though?
This is usually who we have to please. Amazing how fast 8 years will pass on.

beth: the necklace i have on in the last photo is not the initial one.. this one is our birthstone.. i love it... i have drop earings to match. found it on etsy.

the initial one is from : elma blint ( i think that is how you spell her name... google her )

meg: have a blast in maine. we will be there in august. thanks for your sweet words.

husband digs the blonde, i think. he hasn't said much.. haha.. he is use to these changes!!!

Yep, still looking for perfect hair. I'm loving your bangs -- I think I might need some of my own.
